Going Crafty

I've been thinking about this project for some time. I came across some craft blogs and got inspired. I just want to give myself a shot in expanding my creativity. So, here are my not-so-famous handmade craft.

Hanging Heart Ornament made from felt cloth. I drew the heart template by myself. Bought the felt cloth at Daiso. Ribbon and polyester cotton for stuffing from Leton. Embellishment sponsored by Something Different (kidding ^_^). I used open buttonhole stitch to sew the felt (Jahitan Insang Pari; Ladies, please refer to your Kemahiran Hidup book). Dare to question my sewing skill? You better not! (Wink). And I think I'm falling in love with BUTTONS.

Ribbon Brooch. It's becoming a trend nowadays. I can see the teachers and students wear this kind of brooch at school. Since I don't know where do they buy them, I made my OWN. I did four different patterns. Choice of colours... pink, purple and turqoise. The materials are available at I&S (Tawau). They have a lot of ribbon varieties to choose from.
